P&O Cruises staff prepare and serve the best meals possible on board their ferries. Initially, we created a training video and photo shoot for chefs. This progressed to a full interactive DVD, which has now been distributed to all P&O Cruises passenger ferries.
The DVD is designed to run on board the ferries on laptops, TV screens and desktop PCs. It guides kitchen staff through the process of carving beef, lamb, chicken, pork and turkey, with the aid of interactive media, text, video and photography.
Showing the entire process from selection, butchery, preparation and cooking to serving, the DVD ensures that each passenger receives their meal in optimum condition.
