The Women’s Sport and Fitness Foundation (WSFF) has a major goal: to help Britain’s women get more active. This has included influencing school policy and campaigning for sports like female boxing to be included in the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Such ambitions have meant that it’s vital the WSFF engages with its wide audience. Email campaigns open up communication channels, develop brand awareness and establish contact with users – and that’s why totalsurf has created email marketing for WSFF.
Each month, totalsurf circulates emails on behalf of the WSFF and returns full reports, detailing the amount of emails that were read and which links were clicked. This system allows us to provide data on an user by user basis. We can see that Jane Doe in London, for example, clicked the first and second links of the email at a certain time of day. This is an incredibly powerful tool, enabling the WSFF to tailor each successive email to visitors’ usage.
The email was designed by Felton Communications, which partnered with us to deliver this.
